What we collect

What you give us at signup: your store name, email address, and product feed URL.
What you authorize via Google: read-only access to your Google Merchant Center product data (titles, IDs, prices) through the Merchant API, plus the OAuth token that makes that access work. We request the narrowest scope Google offers for this and never ask for write access.
Nothing else. No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no selling data — to anyone, ever.

How we use it

One purpose: comparing the prices Google is serving against the prices in your feed, and emailing you when they don't match. That's the product. Your data is not used for anything unrelated to price monitoring, and no humans read your product data except when you ask for support.

Google user data

FeedWatchdog's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where it lives

Credentials and monitoring data are stored with Cloudflare (our hosting and storage provider). Alert and signup emails are delivered by Resend. Those are our only subprocessors.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your monitoring is active. Disconnect below and we delete your stored Google token, your signup details, and your monitoring configuration — and we revoke our own access with Google. You can also just email [email protected] and a human will do the same thing.
